Hong Kong: Our Last Weekend in China

The two months Jesse and I spent in China this summer were transformative. And I can’t imagine a better place to end our time in the country than in Hong Kong: dynamic, beautiful, exciting. There, we ate the best baked BBQ pork buns of our lives at Tim Ho Wan (oh, dim sum, how I love you). We saw the Tian Tan Buddha. We stayed at the lovely Ovolo Hotel (West Kowloon). We shopped. We gazed out over the water, looking at the skyscrapers light up as the sun set.

And, we said goodbye.
